Breakfast was amazing for a small fee, on the roof top. 10 minute walk from the train station and an easy walk to the shopping district.

Easy to reach location from the airport via the Alibus or from the central station though not an area to wander alone after dark - it's a bit edgy. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good with generous choice and my room was a reasonable size with good air con.

Hotel was a short walk from Railway station. Although the area is rather run down, the hotel was a modern and welcoming place to stay. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was bright, contemporary and very comfortable. Breakfast room has stunning views over the rooftops of Naples.

All reception and breakfast staff were absolutely professional - nothing was impossible: a room card issue - sorted, not booked breakfast - sorted, taxi to port - organised, luggage room on departure - no problem at all. The staff is the main asset for this hotel. Also, the breakfast was amazing (30 minutes prior to closing - all options were still fully available). The room eas spaceful, AC perfectly working and soundproof window did not transfered any noise from small square in front of the Hotel. Lacation 6 minutes walking from Napoli Centrale (train station). We were completely satisfied.

Staffs in the property were amazing. Paolo was present during our stay. He was Gem. It was too hot and we stayed in 510 and AC was not very effective due to heat and he made extra efforts and provided the fan to make our stay comfortable. Thanks to Paolo you are gentleman. Overall stay was very good and would like to stay again if I am in Naples.

We were warned by a staff member/security at the hotel on departure that this are is full of immigration and not a good/safe area. I chose this hotel due to location and reviews not knowing Naples at all. Shame on you Best Westin ! HEADS UP travellers- stay down near the harbour!!!!
